Welcome to the Lipoedema Conception and Pregnancy Support Circle! Nurturing Community for Mums-to-Be and New Mums Are you trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or navigating the fourth trimester? You’re not alone! Join me in this supportive network designed specifically for women with lipoedema, where we can share experiences, knowledge, and encouragement. Why Join the Support Circle? As many of you know, I’m currently pregnant with my second baby, and I want to share this journey with you. I understand the unique challenges we face, and I’m here to help you navigate them while focusing on nurturing and growing our little ones. Together, we can learn from one another and support each other through this transformative time. Wherever you are in the world, you're invited to be a part of it. ✨ Fortnightly Meetups: Join me for live sessions every two weeks where we’ll discuss pregnancy, fertility, and postpartum care in a safe, welcoming environment. ✨ Expert Guidance: As a qualified nutritionist, I’ll share evidence-based information to help you navigate the conflicting advice out there. We’ll focus on nutrition, supplements, and holistic practices that support both you and your baby. ✨ Recipes & Resources: Access delicious, nutrient-rich recipes and helpful resources tailored to your needs. ✨ Guided Meditations: Each meetup will include a guided meditation to help you relax and connect with your body. ✨ Online Community: Enjoy access to my private Facebook group, where you can ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others between sessions.

Cancellation Policy

In order to be fair to all my clients, we kindly ask that you be considerate in valuing your appointment by showing up on time. Please make cancellations 24 hours before your appointment otherwise you may be charged a cancellation fee. Terms: – If you do not attend your confirmed appointment without notice you will be charged 100% of the consultation fee for the appointment. – If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours before your confirmed appointment you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee for the appointment. I understand that in some circumstances short notice may be unavoidable, and discretion will be exercised in such cases. Advance payment on packages are non refundable.
