Nourished Pregnancy · The Lippy Way

Pregnancy with lipoedema can be beautiful. It can also be scary as hell.

Self-paced · Lifetime access · $297 AUD

You’ve heard the stories about hormones, swelling, weight gain, and progression.

You’ve probably Googled more than you’d like to admit.

You want to do everything you can for your baby, but you also don’t want to lose yourself in the process.

And the annoying part? Most pregnancy advice doesn’t talk about lipoedema. Most lipoedema advice barely touches pregnancy. So you’re left trying to figure out one of the biggest changes of your life with a whole lot of fear and not much actual guidance.

That’s why I created Nourished Pregnancy: The Lippy Way.

This is a self-paced program built specifically for women with lipoedema who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or planning ahead. You’ll get trimester-by-trimester nutrition education, supplement and blood test guidance, swelling support, body acceptance work, emotional support tools, and practical advice from someone who has done pregnancy in a lipoedema body twice.

No perfect pregnancy pressure.

No fear-based food rules.

No pretending this condition doesn’t add an extra layer.

Just clear, calm, practical support for you, your baby, and the body carrying you both.

This is for the woman who’s thinking…

“What if pregnancy makes my lipoedema worse?”
“How much weight gain is normal for me?”
“Why am I swelling so much already?”
“What should I actually be eating?”
“Are my supplements right?”
“Is this symptom pregnancy, lipoedema, hormones, or all of the bloody above?”
“Will I recognise my body after this?”

If that’s where your head’s been going, you’re exactly who I made this for.

About Aimee

I created what I wish I’d had.

Hi lovely, I’m Aimee, The Lippy Nutritionist.

I’m a clinical nutritionist, mum of two, and a woman with lipoedema who has navigated two pregnancies in this body.

My first pregnancy taught me a lot. My second one humbled me, honestly.

I had rapid early weight gain, significant swelling, and moments where I genuinely didn’t know what was happening. And even though I knew a shitload about nutrition and lipoedema, it still felt confronting being in it.

But once I started properly supporting my body through nutrition, movement, blood sugar support, minerals, rest, and the lifestyle pieces that actually mattered, things changed.

My legs looked and felt better at 34 weeks than they had in the first trimester.

Not because I restricted. Not because I tried to control every bite. Not because I was being some glowing pregnancy goddess with a green smoothie and a linen robe.

Because I finally understood what my body needed.

And I don’t think women with lipoedema should have to enter pregnancy scared, under-supported, and stuck reading horror stories online at midnight.

So I built the program I wish someone had handed me.

What changes inside the program

Pregnancy with lipoedema might not feel simple, but it can feel less confusing.

Right now, you might be:

  • Scared of what pregnancy will do to your legs, arms, swelling, pain, or progression.
  • Trying to eat well but second-guessing every choice.
  • Reading pregnancy advice that doesn’t mention lipoedema once.
  • Worrying about weight gain before your body has even had a chance to do what it needs to do.
  • Feeling guilty because you want to focus on your baby, but your own body fears are loud.
  • Wondering if anyone actually understands what it’s like to be pregnant with this condition.

Inside Nourished Pregnancy, you’ll learn how to:

  • Support your body through each trimester without restriction or panic.
  • Understand which nutrients matter and why.
  • Manage swelling, discomfort, cravings, nausea, blood sugar, digestion, and energy in a lipoedema-aware way.
  • Read blood test and supplement information with more confidence.
  • Move through body changes without making your body the enemy.
  • Prepare for birth and postpartum with more support and less fear.
  • Feel like someone finally gets the extra layer you’re carrying.

What’s inside Nourished Pregnancy

Everything is broken down trimester by trimester.

Because what you need at 8 weeks is not the same as what you need at 28 weeks.

Module 1 · First Trimester

Finding Your Feet

The early weeks can be weird. You might be excited, exhausted, nauseous, anxious, starving, turned off every food you usually love, or all of it in one afternoon.

Inside this module, we cover

  • Navigating the early weeks after a positive test.
  • Morning sickness, food aversions, and how to nourish yourself when food feels impossible.
  • Blood tests, screenings, and what actually matters.
  • Blood sugar support and energy.
  • Safe movement for a lipoedema body.
  • Cravings, food fears, and conflicting advice.
  • Pregnancy loss anxiety and the emotional weight of early pregnancy.
02

Module 2 · Second Trimester

Growing With More Calm

This is when your baby is growing fast, your body is changing, and you might start noticing more swelling, body-image stuff, and questions about weight gain.

Inside this module, we cover

  • The nutrients that matter most in the second trimester.
  • Swelling, circulation, and lipoedema-specific support.
  • Weight gain without shame or rigid rules.
  • Digestion, cravings, constipation, and heartburn.
  • Supplements, blood tests, and glucose tolerance preparation.
  • Movement that supports your body without overdoing it.
  • Body image as your shape changes.
03

Module 3 · Third Trimester

Preparing for Birth

The third trimester can feel like a lot. Excitement, discomfort, fear, nesting, swelling, pressure, and the sudden realisation that a baby is actually coming out of you. Cute. Also slightly terrifying.

Inside this module, we cover

  • Continued nourishment for you and your baby.
  • Late-pregnancy swelling and discomfort support.
  • Preparing your body for labour.
  • Third-trimester testing and supplement considerations.
  • Common late-pregnancy symptoms and what to keep an eye on.
  • Emotional preparation for birth and motherhood.
  • Early postpartum awareness and planning.

Also included

Guided meditations and emotional support tools

Pregnancy with lipoedema is not just physical.

It can bring up fear about progression, shame about how your body looks, guilt around weight gain, and grief for the version of pregnancy you thought you were supposed to have.

So alongside the nutrition and practical education, you’ll also receive guided meditations and emotional support tools to help you feel more grounded and connected to your body.

These are for the women who are a little bit woo, or at least open to the idea that your body needs more than a meal plan and a blood test printout.

Nothing forced. Nothing overly fluffy. Just gentle, body-based support for the stuff that can sit underneath the food, swelling, fear, and body image.

You’ll get support around:

Body acceptance during pregnancy.
Shame around looking different.
Fear of progression.
Feeling disconnected from your body.
Trusting your body while it changes.
Moving through pregnancy without constantly fighting what you see in the mirror.

Who this is for

This is for you if:

  • You’re pregnant, trying to conceive, or planning pregnancy and you have lipoedema.
  • You’re scared pregnancy might make your lipoedema worse.
  • You’ve read stories online that have left you feeling rattled.
  • You want to support your baby without ignoring your own body.
  • You’re sick of generic pregnancy advice that doesn’t mention lipoedema.
  • You want nutrition guidance that is realistic, not restrictive.
  • You’re open to the emotional side of pregnancy and body acceptance work.
  • You want someone with lived experience and clinical knowledge to walk you through what actually matters.

This is probably not for you if:

  • You want a strict pregnancy diet or weight-loss plan.
  • You want someone to promise your lipoedema won’t progress.
  • You want fear-based rules about every food, supplement, and symptom.
  • You’re not open to looking at the emotional side of body change at all.
  • You want personalised medical care instead of education and support. This program is education, not a replacement for your healthcare team.

Common questions

Will this stop my lipoedema from progressing during pregnancy?

No. And I’m not going to promise that because that would be irresponsible. What this program does is give you education, nutrition support, lifestyle tools, and emotional support so you can care for your body in the best way you can during pregnancy.

Is this a diet program?

No. This is not about weight loss, calorie counting, or trying to shrink yourself while growing a baby. It’s about nourishing your body, supporting inflammation, managing symptoms, and understanding what your body needs through pregnancy.

I’m not pregnant yet. Can I still join?

Yes. It’s actually a beautiful time to start because you can go into pregnancy with more understanding and less panic. The program is useful for preconception, early pregnancy, and all three trimesters.

I’m already pregnant. Is it too late?

No. Start where you are. You don’t have to go back and do everything perfectly from week one. Pregnancy is not a neat little checklist. Use the module that fits your stage and move from there.

I’m exhausted. Will I actually have the energy for this?

Yes, because it’s self-paced and broken into manageable sections. You don’t need to smash through it like homework. Watch what you need, when you need it. Come back later when your brain is less mushy.

Is this safe during pregnancy?

The program is based on evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle education from a qualified nutritionist with lived experience of pregnancy with lipoedema. It is not a replacement for personalised medical care, so always follow the advice of your doctor, midwife, specialist, or healthcare provider.

What if I’m anxious about pregnancy with lipoedema?

That’s one of the main reasons I created this. The program gives you practical guidance, but it also supports the emotional side: the fear, the body changes, the swelling, the unknowns, and the moments where you need to feel steady again.

Is $297 worth it?

If you’ve been trying to piece this together through random posts, pregnancy apps, lipoedema groups, and late-night Googling, this gives you one clear place to come back to. You get trimester education, lipoedema-specific nutrition, supplement and blood test guidance, swelling support, meditations, emotional support tools, lifetime access, and future updates. It’s not just information. It’s support you can use through the whole pregnancy.

You don’t have to piece this together from random internet advice.

If you’ve made it this far, I’m guessing you’re carrying a lot of questions.

About your body. Your baby. Your swelling. Your weight. Your symptoms. Your birth. Your hormones. Your legs. Your future.

And because lipoedema still isn’t talked about enough in pregnancy, it can feel like you’re expected to just get on with it and hope for the best.

But you deserve better than that.

Nourished Pregnancy: The Lippy Way gives you the education, guidance, and emotional support I wish I’d had when I was pregnant with lipoedema.

So you can stop trying to figure it all out on your own and start feeling properly supported in the body carrying you and your baby.

With love,

Aimee x
