Hi, I’m Aimee Buchanan, Clinical Nutritionist, Mum to Savi, and the creator of the 12-Week Lipoedema Wellness Program. My mission is to help women just like you embrace your body and take control of your lipoedema journey—so you can live your best life despite the challenges.

Living with stage 1 lipoedema myself, I truly understand the daily struggles of feeling self-conscious, dealing with pain and swelling, and the worry that lipoedema might progress further. Like many of you, I spent years searching for a solution that actually worked. I tried every diet, followed endless advice, and experimented with countless approaches—until I finally created my own program that gave me the relief I was desperately looking for.

Thanks to Aimee’s 12-week program, I’ve released huge fears and unlocked the courage to do things I never thought possible. I went to the pools with my arms out, had the time of my life on the water slides with my kids, and even had my first time at the beach, wearing just my bathers and riding the waves with my children. This is something I never experienced before due to shame and self-limiting beliefs. It was a goal at the start of the program, and I conquered it!

No worries! All live sessions and coaching calls are recorded, so you can watch or listen at your convenience. If you can't attend live, you can still ask questions via email or in our community forum.

How much time do I need to dedicate each week to the program?
