I’m a qualified nutritionist and lipoedema warrior—passionate about helping women manage their symptoms without restriction, guilt, or burnout.

I created this reset after many summers of my body gaining 5kg Even though I was still “eating well,” I needed something more to bring me back to myself.

When I’m not deep in the science of hormones and inflammation, I’m watching The Real Housewives, dreaming up our next family holiday (despite my husband’s budget warnings 😂), and raising my beautiful daughter.

Absolutely! It doesn’t matter where in the world you are—you’re welcome to join the Reset from anywhere. We have women participating globally, and everything is run online, so you’ll have full access no matter your timezone.
📱 How is the Reset run?
The Reset is delivered inside a private Facebook group. Yes, you do need to have Facebook to join, as this is where all the community support, daily guidance, and accountability happens. It’s a powerful part of the experience—you won’t be doing this alone!
💰 What does the cost include?
Your payment includes all 7 days of recipes, guidance, and support inside the Facebook group. You’ll need to purchase your own groceries separately. We focus on fresh, whole foods—nothing fancy, just nourishing meals that work.
🍲 Is this a calorie-restricted detox?
No way! While we’re temporarily removing certain food groups to give your body a break, this isn’t about extreme restriction or 1,000-calorie “cleanses.” These meals are energising, nourishing, and designed to support your body—not deplete it.
🧘♀️ What can I expect from the Reset?
Expect to feel lighter, more energised, and more in tune with your body. One week before we begin, the doors close so we can spend that time gently preparing our bodies—this helps reduce detox symptoms and makes the transition smoother.
🥦 What will I be eating?
The days are structured to keep things simple yet satisfying:

Breakfast: A nourishing smoothie (hello, Chocolate Dream!)

Lunch: A fresh, hearty salad (like roasted cauliflower with greens)

Afternoon Snack: Something sweet and sustaining (chia pudding, anyone?)

Dinner: A warming, grounding meal (think veggie curry or soup)

Evening: A calming turmeric latte to wind down.
These meals are delicious, anti-inflammatory, and supportive of your hormones, lymphatics, and energy levels.
⏱ How long will the meals take to make?
Breakfast takes just 5 minutes. Lunch and dinner may take around 20 minutes each—especially on the first go while you're getting used to new recipes. But everything is simple, wholesome, and worth it.
🍌 Do I need a juicer or special equipment?
No juicer required! Just something to make a smoothie with—like a blender—and basic kitchen tools. That’s it!
🚫 Who is this Reset not for?
This Reset isn’t suitable for everyone. It’s not for:

Anyone currently struggling with a serious eating disorder or disordered eating patterns. Because we follow a structured plan and temporarily remove certain food groups, it may feel restrictive or triggering.

Those who experience extreme digestive distress with cruciferous vegetables (like broccoli, cabbage, or cauliflower) or plant-based meals in general. If that’s you, it’s best to address those underlying issues before attempting something like this.

Anyone who is currently pregnant or breastfeeding. Detoxing during these stages is not recommended, as your body is already doing the incredible work of nourishing and supporting another life. This Reset is not designed to meet the unique nutritional needs of pregnancy or lactation.
Your health and safety always come first—and it’s okay if this isn’t the right time for you. There will be other ways to support your healing journey when you’re ready.

I have enjoyed all the food. And the way my legs, tummy, butt are feeling. So light and less puffy. I even went compression free today which I never do. Super Happy

Definitely recommend trying this reset, easy to follow and the benefits from eating anti-inflammatory foods for the week is amazing. Less Limb inflammation, pain and that makes for happy days. Cannot recommend this reset enough.
Less inflammation
