Cancellation Policy

In order to be fair to all my clients, we kindly ask that you be considerate in valuing your appointment by showing up on time. Please make cancellations 24 hours before your appointment otherwise you may be charged a cancellation fee. Terms: – If you do not attend your confirmed appointment without notice you will be charged 100% of the consultation fee for the appointment. – If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours before your confirmed appointment you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee for the appointment. I understand that in some circumstances short notice may be unavoidable, and discretion will be exercised in such cases. Advance payment on packages are non refundable.
